We deliver HR services to you in the way that works best for your organisation. You can choose from regular retain support monthly, ad hoc one off support for a situation or support on a HR project or more strategic implementation task, further details about the way we work are below.
You have the freedom to move between these services, as and when you need them. You can increase or decrease your HR services should the need arise, and better still, we don't hold you to a minimum contract term for our ad hoc services or project work.

Ad hoc HR
One off or ad hoc HR work delivered when you need it. This should be used when you have a HR situation that needs attention, or are in need of one off support on an employee matter. Charge rates are by the day, half day and hour. Rates are based on the number of employees in your organisation, we will always give you the approximate time it would take to deliver what you need ahead of work starting, so reach out and ask for help.

Retained HR support
Best suited to organisations who need more regular support. This service gives you HR support more on an ongoing basis, its like having your own in house HR team. We deliver your HR services to you on a periodic basis agreed with you, this can include day to day HR needs, handling inbound employee queries and ensuring your compliance and legislation is up to date. Working with us can also give you access to an online people system for your team. A central online location for annual leave bookings, documenting 121 meetings, uploading company goals and giving thanks to your teams.

Project based HR work
Perfect for your organisation if you need a strategic or big piece of HR work completed. You may need to implement a new HR strategy, work on organisation design in preparation for growth, or need an HR audit to ensure you are compliant and have the HR policies needed for your organisation. We regularly work with customers who want to review all of their policies and assess the organisation through an inclusion lens to see where to improve the experience for all employees, embedding a true sense of belonging.
